SEAN KLUTINOTY
Sean Klutinoty, M.B.A., is a Facilitator and Business Development Salesperson at Peer Executive Groups, where he focuses on growing our network, prospecting new members, and leading peer group meetings. With 30 years of experience in strategic planning, business development, and marketing, he has held leadership roles across various organizations.
Previously, Sean was a Senior Associate at Open Minds, where he led business strategy and marketing projects. He also served as Vice President of Marketing and Sales for Escape Room Mystery and Project Transition, developing marketing strategies, managing teams, and fostering business relationships. Earlier in his career, he was the Executive Director of Marketing at KidsPeace National Centers, Inc.
In addition to his role at Peer Executive Groups, Sean owns a talent acquisition company and operates the Allentown Paper Show, a vintage and antique ephemera business. He holds an MBA from Eastern University and a BA from Nyack College. Sean and his wife, Karen, live in Pennsylvania and have two children and three grandchildren..
