BRENNA CONWAY
As Business Process Strategist, Brenna is responsible for identifying system improvements, optimizing workflows, and enhancing efficiency across the company. She collaborates cross-functionally to streamline processes, implement best practices, and support strategic initiatives that drive operational effectiveness. Brenna is a student at Temple University working towards her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. She majors in Risk Management & Insurance and will graduate in May of 2025.
Outside of Peer Executive Groups, Brenna enjoys traveling, listening to music, and spending time with family and friends. She resides in Philadelphia, PA.
